GRILLED ROSEMARY CHICKEN BREASTS image

2 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 t balsamic vinegar
salt to taste
1 1/2 t olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 small rosemary sprig, chopped or 1/4 t dried
freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the oil, vinegar, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper, and brush the marinade on the chicken breasts. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. 2. Preheat the grill. 3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade. Grill the breasts for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness. Let the chicken rest on a plate for 1 to 2 minutes before serving, to reabsorb juices.
