Grilled Mahi Mahi Tacos with Pico de Gallo image

5 Plum Tomatoes Seeded & Chopped
1/2 Yellow Onion Chopped
4 Scallions Chopped
1/2 cup Cilantro Chopped
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 Jalapeno stemmed, seeded, minced
1 pinch Salt & Pepper
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 each teaspoon Garlic Powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 pound Mahi Mahi
8 Corn Tortilas
1 cup Shredded Cabbage
8 wedges Lime

Steps:

  • For Pico de Gallo combine first 7 ingredients in medium bowl
  • Combine all dried spices in a medium bowl and sprinkle over the fish. Grill fish 5 minutes per side.
  • When done shred fish with a fork, fill tortillas with fish, cabbagem pico, and SD White sauace made separately. Squeeze fresh lime over tacos
