Steps:
- 1. Whisk mustard, 1 tbs lemon juice, 3 tbs olive oil, parsley, 1/4 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Set aside. 2. Marinade - whisk remaining lemon juice, olive oil, sugar plus 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, garlic and water. Marinade chicken in ziplock bag - 30-60 mins. 3. Grill chicken. Start on cooler side of grill with thick side facing coals and shiny side down. Cover with pan and grill 6-9 mins until no longer translucent. 4. Flip. Cover. Cook until 140F (6-9 mins). 5. Move to heat - grill each side 1-2 mins until marks appear and 160F. 6. Rest under foil for 5 mins. 7. Slice chicken and drizzle with sauce.
