Grilled Lemon Chicken image

Fire up the grill--we're making Grilled Lemon Chicken! Marinated with lemon zest, lemon juice, shallots and Worcestershire sauce, this Grilled Lemon Chicken is the perfect summer recipe to serve with fresh asparagus and lemon slices on the side.

1/4 cup LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. chopped shallot s
1 tsp. zest and 1/4 cup juice from 2 lemon s
1 tsp. sugar
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except chicken until blended. Pour half the Worcestershire sauce mixture over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each chicken breast with Worcestershire sauce mixture.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning chicken after 30 min.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Serve topped with remaining Worcestershire sauce mixture.
