GRILLED GRAND MARNIER CHICKEN image

3/4 C Grand Marnier
1 1/4 C apricot jam
3/4 C distilled white vinegar
41/2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp dijon mustard
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp dried hot pepper flakes
3 boneless chix breasts, halved
olive oil to brush chicken

Steps:

  • In saucepan, combine all except chix and oil, and simmer, stirring, until jam and honey melt and let cool to room temp. In a shallow dish, marinade chix overnight or at least 4 hours. Remove chix from marinade. Grill chix skin side down on racxk over very hot coals for 3 1/2 minutes. Brush skinless side w/oil and turn and grill another 3-4 mins. Chix should be just firm to the touch May need to double marinade recipe....
