GRILLED ASPARAGUS AND RED PEPPERS JUBILEE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

Fresh Asparagus (about 25 -30 spears)with bottoms of spears removed
2 large Red Bell Peppers cut into thin strips
Sealable plastic bag
3-4 cloves of Garlic minced
1 tablespoon of salt
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil

Steps:

  • Once you have cut the bell peppers/Asparagus and minced the garlic, place all ingredients into the plastic bag. You can move/mix items in bag to make sure vegetables are covered with garlic and oil. You can either place on the grill or save in fridge for later. Once the grill is ready,(you may want to place foil on top of grill underneath vegtables) cook for about 10 - 15 minutes on medium heat. Asparagus will be done when you see that the tips (head) are slightly chard. You can serve this more or less chard according to your preference.
