1 cup(s) unsweetened almond milk (sprouted is prefered when possible) vanilla flavoring optional
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1 teaspoon(s) spirulina powder (optional)
1 cup(s) kale (handful)
1 cup(s) baby spinach (handful)
1 to 2 large frozen banana(s)
1 - stevia to taste (optional)

Steps:

  • Blend in Blender on low (Vita-Mix is my favorate) Almond Milk Cinnamon Spirulina Stevia
  • Add Kale Spinach Blend on High until Liquified
  • Add Frozen Banana (Broken into pieces) Blend on High until smooth
