Steps:
- Prick bottom and sides of pie shell with fork; bake at 375 for 10 min. Cool on wire rack. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned, drain and spook into cooked pie shell then top with green chile peppers and cheese. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and garlic powder; mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake 375 for 35 minutes or until center is set.
