Greek Yogurt Strawberry-Banana Smoothie image

Greek yogurt smoothies are pretty basic if you know how to flip a switch on a blender. You basically toss all the ingredients into the blender, turn it on at a high-speed (obviously with the cover on), and wait 20-30 seconds before turning off. That's it. Having packaged frozen berries on hand makes it super easy so you don't have to cut and freeze the fresh berries. The blender clean up will probably take longer than making this delicious smoothie.

1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 banana (frozen if available)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend at a high-speed until smooth(about 20 seconds).
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.
