Steps:
- 1. Wash Quinoa 2. Stir Together Water, ¾ tsp. Salt, and Quinoa in a Saucepan. Simmer uncovered until Quinoa is tender and germ starts to separate from grain about 20 minutes. 3. Drain well in sieve and transfer to medium bowl. 4. Cool Quinoa. (15 minutes) 5. While Quinoa is cooling, stir together lemon, basil, pepper, tomato in small bowl. 6. When Quinoa is cool, stir lemon mixture, garbanzo, olives & feta together with the Quinoa. Serve!
