6 thin slices English cucumbers
1 small tomatoes, sliced
1/4 yellow bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
50 g feta cheese, crumbled
4 pitted oil-packed kalamata olives, drained and coarsely chopped
the white of 1 green onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
1 ciabatta rolls, plain or 1 with olive, halved horizontally
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Steps:
