2 cups granny smith apples
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 egg
1 pie crust

Steps:

  • Grate the apples.
  • Drain and squeeze pulp to get out as much moisture as possible.
  • Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, butter, flour and egg in a bowl
  • Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
  • Bake 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, until top is golden brown.
  • Let cool before serving.
