Granny's Sweet Potato Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 13

Cook sweet potatoes dry and whip (3 cups)
Add:
3 eggs
1 stick of butter
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix topping
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup light brown sugar
½ cup butter
Mix and sprinkle on whipped potatoes.
Cook slow for 20 minutes.

Steps:

  • 1. Bake at 350 for about 20 min.
