Steps:
- 1. Combine Butter (2 sticks=1/2 pound or 226 grams) with brown sugar.
- 2. Combine #1 with sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- 3. Separately combine the dry ingredients as follows: flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
- 4. Combine #3 and #2.
- 4. Stir in oats and raisins.
- 350F/180C for 10-12 minutes
- Can add 1 cup chopped nuts, 1 cup chocolate chips instead of raisins and/or omit cinnamon.
