Steps:
- Soak Chicken Cutlets in 2 beaten eggs with small amount of water.
- Coat Cutlets with Seasoned Bread Crumbs.
- Brown well in butter & oil.
- Remove cutlets from pan and place in large baking dish.
- In the fry pan, brown chopped garlic, onion &/or shallot in a little oil.
- Add Chicken Broth, White Wine and Flour. Cook to thicken.
- Pour the sauce over the Chicken Cutlets.
- Add the Sliced Mushrooms to the baking dish.
- Cook for 45 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
- Sprinkle Mozzerella Cheese over the Cutlets.
- Bake until melted.
