Number Of Ingredients 10

1.0 to 2.5lbs ground beef (some like more beef, some like less beef, I use about 1.5lbs)
2 large sweet onions
.5T Mexican Oregano
2.5t Cumin
.5T Garlic Powder
.5T Chili Powder
2 - 14.5oz can tomatoes with green chilies and juice.
3 - 15oz cans Pinto Beans and juice.
2 - 15oz cans Kidney Beans and juice.
Tabasco Sauce to taste.

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef with onions; drain fat. Add dry spices; stir. Add tomatoes, beans, Tabasco; stir. Bring to a low boil. Simmer uncovered for 2 hours. Serve with Sour Cream, Cheese, and Corn Bread.
