SWEET & STICKY BBQ GLAZE/SAUCE image

1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup dark molasses
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon mace
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon Liquid Smoke (Optional)
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon hot sauce of choice (chalula ftw!1!)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, stir well, and simmer for 15 minutes to reduce and thicken
