Steps:
- Wash, peel and slice cucumber.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream and apple cider vinegar. Taste and adjust vinegar to sour cream ratio till you like it.
- Add dressing to cucumber slices in a medium bowl. Mix well, so all cucumbers are coated.
- Top with snipped fresh dill, and mix again. Adjust amount as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
