Steps:
- take healthly portion of boneless chicken breasts and soak in marinating mixture, remove and wrap in bacon, tack w/ toothpic if needed, roll in brown sugar and chili powder ( i spread bsugar on plate and shake a thick covering of chili powder on top...)then i roll the chicken, place on a foil covered cookie sheet at 350 for about 30 to 35 min..next time im going to try it on the grill with mesquite wood...yummmm
