GOLDEN CREAM OF POTATO SOUP image

Number Of Ingredients 12

6 C chopped potatoes
2 C water
1 C celery, chopped
1 C carrots, chopped
1/2 C onions, chopped
2 t parsley flakes
1 lb Velveeta cheese
dash pepper
1 t salt
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 C milk
4 T flour

Steps:

  • Combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley, bouillon, and seasonings. Cover, simmer 15-20 min. or until tender. Gradually add mild to flour with fork, whipping to blend well. Add to vegetables. Cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.
