Number Of Ingredients 13

10 pieces Roll - Dried Rice Paper
2/3 cups Roll - Cooked and sliced Pork/Prawn (or substitute with vegetables)
4 tablespoons Roll - Rice Noodles, cooked
2 tablespoons Roll - Vegetables (carrot, beansprout, mango, etc) - diced
4 tablespoons Roll - Salad and Herbs (Mint, Basil, Cilantro)
2 tablespoons Roll - Chive Flower
2 tablespoons Sauce - Plain Fish Sauce
1 tablespoon Sauce - Lime Juice
4 tablespoons Sauce - Hot Water
2 tablespoons Sauce - Sugar
1 tablespoon Sauce - Red Chili, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Sauce - Garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons Sauce - Blended Peanuts (optional)

Steps:

  • *Hand Rolls should be filled and wrapped one at a time*
  • Dip the rice paper in cold water
  • Place a small portion of each of the above ingredients in the middle of the rice paper.
  • Fold both ends of the paper inward to make a roll.
  • Add chive flower for decoration before finishing the roll.
  • Decorate with fresh herbs and serve with fish sauce (Nuc Cham)
  • Nuc Cham: Mix and stir ingredients together.
