Gluten Free Breakfast Bars image

These are a recipe from Elana's Pantry. I love the taste of these bars. You can add different nuts and seeds to it if you like.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 1/4 c blanced almond flour
1/4 tsp celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 c grapeseed oil
1/4 c agave nectar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c shredded coconut
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c almond slivers
1/4 c raisins

Steps:

  • 1. Grease an 8x8" baking pan. Preheat oven to 350'F.
  • 2. In a small bowl add the almond flour, salt and baking soda.
  • 3. In a large bowl combine the grapeseed oil, agave and vanilla.
  • 4. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet
  • 5. Mix in the coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond slivers and raisins.
  • 6. Press into your baking pan and pat down making it even.
  • 7. Bake. Allow to cool and cut.
  • 8. Enjoy!
