Ginny's Cucumber Salsa image

Everyone has their own version of this recipe and this is mine, lol. I took away some of the cucumbers and it made the flavors stronger. Don't skip out on having ranch doritos, they are key.

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 cucumbers, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 can(s) rotel
1 pkg dry ranch dressing
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1 bag(s) ranch doritos

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all of the prepared items into a large bowl. Mix and refrigerate for a few hours for flavors to blend.
  • 2. Serve with ranch doritos and enjoy!
