Yield 2-4 people

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 Pork Tenderloin, fat removed and thinly sliced*
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
4-5 garlic cloved, crushed
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
2 pinches of hot pepper flakes
Vegetable oil for frying
Fresh parsley to garnish, chopped
Put Tenderloin in the freezer for about half an hour to make slicing easier

Steps:

  • Place sliced pork tenderloin in a mixing bowl and set aside. In a clean jar, add sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, black and hot pepper. Put lid on tightly and shake all ingredients until well blended. Pour the mixture over the pork and stir. Cover and put in the fridge for half an hour, stiring once or twice. In a med to large sized fry pan, cover bottom with vegetable oil and set burner to medium - high heat. Fry the pork, about 3-5 minutes per side. Set on a plate on paper towel, garnish with parsely and serve. notes: Some people like their pork slices to have a bit of a crust, so cook a bit longer if you like. Serve with white rice.
