Garlic Parmesan Beef Tips with Bow-Tie Pasta? image

based on garlic parmesan wings from Buffalo Wild Wings?the first recipe of this creation of garlic parmesan,it combined beef tips and bow-tie pasta on mac and cheese like casserole.

2 c shredded parmesan cheese,divided
1 tsp garlic pepper
1 box (16 ounce) bow-tie pasta
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 lb fresh beef stew meat(beef tips)
1 large vidalia sweet onion,peeled and diced
2 tsp sea salt/black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 bottle garlic parmesan sauce,divided
1 Tbsp garlic butter
1 c heavy cream
1 c half and half
1 pkg (8 ounces) cream cheese,softened

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • 2. Cook bow tie pasta according to package directions.
  • 3. Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.Add 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese and garlic pepper;mix well.
  • 4. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.Add beef stew meat,saute and seared for 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
  • 5. Reduce the heat,stir in sliced vidalia onion,sea salt/black pepper,garlic powder and 1/2 bottle garlic parmesan sauce.Set aside.
  • 6. Heat garlic butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.Add heavy cream,half and half,cream cheese and remaining garlic parmesan cheese;stir well and let it simmer for 6 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • 7. Add cooked bow tie pasta and beef tips mixture into a prepared baking dish;mix well until combined.Pour the sauce evenly and sprinkle remaining shredded parmesan cheese.Cover with aluminum foil.
  • 8. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.Cool completely.
