4 ounces goat cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic and herb seasoning (Wildtree Garlic & Herb Blend)
1 tablespoon thyme
2 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
4 chicken breasts, boneless (about 1.5 pounds)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon roasted garlic grapeseed oil
4 ounces goat cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic and herb seasoning (Wildtree Garlic & Herb Blend)
1 tablespoon thyme
2 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
4 chicken breasts, boneless (about 1.5 pounds)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon roasted garlic grapeseed oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix goat cheese, Garlic & Herb Blend, thyme, and bacon.
  • Cut the chicken breast horizontally to form a pocket. Stuff each with some of the goat cheese mixture. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Heat Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a large oven-ready skillet over medium-high.
