Steps:
- Wash the chicken breasts, then cut them into bite sie prices.
- Pat the chicken dry using a paper towel.
- Sprinkle flour, salt, black pepper and basil over the chicken (make sure all the chicken pieces are evenly coated).
- Heat the oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once the butter melted, add the chicken pieces in a single layer (if your skillet isn't big enough, you may need to cook the chicken in batches).
- Cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, then flip on the other side and cook for more 2 minutes.
- Add the garlic and parsley, cook for one more minute, then turn off the heat and serve.
