GAI KRAPROW image

Number Of Ingredients 10

3 lbs. coarsely ground or minced white and dark meat chicken
2 1/2 tbsp. dry white wine
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 medium green chiles, sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced Thai basil leaves

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients except vegetable oil, chiles, and basil. Heat a wok or skillet over high heat. Add oil. Once oil is hot, add chicken mixture and stir fry until chicken is cooked, about 5 minutes. Stir in chiles and basil just before serving.
