4 ounces button mushrooms, thinly sliced
4 ounces oyster mushrooms, thinly sliced
4 ounces shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 large garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • in large skillet, heat oil. Add mushrooms and sauté until tender and starting to brown, about 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
