Fudgy Cake Mix Brownies Recipe image

Fudgy Cake Mix Brownies make a quick and easy dessert for any night of the week. Or breakfast... we won't tell!

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 boxes dark chocolate fudge cake mix, roughly 18 ounces each
1 5 ounce box instant chocolate pudding mix
4 large eggs
1 cup butter, melted (2 sticks)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, or milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray and set aside. In the bowl of your mixer, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, melted butter, and chocolate chips. Blend on low speed until a thick batter forms. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake for about 15 minutes, until bars are puffy and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
