Fudge Rum Balls image

Number Of Ingredients 8

54 Keebler® golden vanilla wafers
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 cup finely chopped pecan
3 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons warm water
2 teaspoons rum extract
sifted powdered sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Finely crush wafers. In medium bowl combine cookie crumbs, 1 cup powdered sugar, pecans and cocoa.2. In small bowl stir together honey, water and rum extract. Stir into crumb mixture.3. Lightly coat hands with additional powdered sugar. Use hands to shape crumb mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in additional powdered sugar. Store in airtight container.
