Fruit Pizza image

This is a recipe you will enjoy if your are trying to be good with your diet. It is delicious with lots of fresh fruits...This is what I have when I want to reward myself...Enjoy

Number Of Ingredients 10

CRUST
1 cup(s) margarine, softened
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
1/2 cup(s) oatmeal, i use old fashioned
2 cup(s) all purpose flour
TOPPING
12 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoon(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- fresh fruit such as: blue berries, black berries strawberries, kiwi fruit, bananas, peaches, etc.

Steps:

  • Mix the ingredients for the crust and pat in a 9x13 inch pan or a large pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 15 minutes. Mix the filling and spread over crust. Right before serving, add sliced fruit.
