Fruit & Cheese Kabob Tray image

Threaded with fresh fruit, sharp and mellow cheeses, and sliced prosciutto, these kabobs are served on a tray with a sauce of balsamic vinegar and honey.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
16 fresh strawberries
16 cantaloupe chunks (1 inch)
16 fresh mozzarella cheese balls (3/4 inch)
3 kiwi, cut into 16 slices
6 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into 16 pieces, rolled up
6 fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
3 Tbsp. HEINZ Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tbsp. honey

Steps:

  • Cut cheddar into 8 slices, then cut each slice diagonally in half.
  • Thread 1 each strawberry, melon chunk, mozzarella ball, kiwi slice, prosciutto slice and cheese triangle onto each of 16 skewers. Place on serving tray or platter; sprinkle with basil.
  • Mix vinegar and honey in small serving bowl. Add to tray with kabobs.
