Steps:
- Cut cheddar into 8 slices, then cut each slice diagonally in half.
- Thread 1 each strawberry, melon chunk, mozzarella ball, kiwi slice, prosciutto slice and cheese triangle onto each of 16 skewers. Place on serving tray or platter; sprinkle with basil.
- Mix vinegar and honey in small serving bowl. Add to tray with kabobs.
