FRUIT CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 can apricot halves
1 can pear halves
1 can pineapple slices or chunks
1 can mandarin oranges
1 bottle Maraschino cherries
1/2 to 1 c pecans or walnuts
1/2 c brown sugar
1 T cornstarch
1 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp curry powder

Steps:

  • Drain fruit, saving juice. Arrange in a baking dish. Melt butter and combine with cornstarch and fruit juices. Add sugar and curry powder. Continue cooking until thickened. Pour over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve warm.
