Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie image

A great smoothie to get your daily fruit and veggie requirements.

1 cup strawberries
ice cubes
1 orange, peeled and halved
1 carrot, roughly chopped
½ banana
½ cup grapes
½ cup frozen peach slices
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
½ cup frozen broccoli florets
½ cup fresh spinach
½ cup milk, or more as needed

Steps:

  • Blend strawberries, ice cubes, orange, carrot, banana, grapes, peach slices, pineapple chunks, broccoli florets, spinach, and milk together in a high-powered blender (such as Vitamix®) until desired consistency is reached, adding more milk if needed.
