There used to be a restaurant in Willis Michigan called The Pickle Barrel that used to serve fried pickle chips just like this. They closed but luckily I can still enjoy these! They are absolutely delicious!

Steps:
- 1. Slice Claussen pickles very, very thin.
- 2. Mix batter according to package directions
- 3. Heat oil to 365 degrees. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Salt to taste. Serve with Ranch dressing to dip.
