Fresh Peach Pound Cake image

This is very good! I love it when fresh peaches are in, and this makes a great dessert!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/2 cup(s) oil
2 cup(s) sugar
3 large eggs, beaten
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla flavoring
3 cup(s) self-rising flour
3 cup(s) fresh peaches, peeled and diced
1 cup(s) coconut
1 cup(s) chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Mix all together in order listed. Pour into a greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven, let stand 10 minutes. Cool completely on rack. Spoon Peach Cream Cheese Frosting on top and drizzle on sides.
  • Peach Cream Cheese Icing: 3 ounces cream cheese 6 teaspoons peach juice from 1 peach in blender 1 1/ cups powdered sugar
  • Beat cream cheese and peach juice until smooth. add powdered sugar gradually. Beat until creamy. Put on top of cake and drizzle down the sides.
