Ingredients

1 box Kraft Deluxe Macaroni and Cheese Dinner
Sour Cream
1/4 tsp Creole seasoning
1/2 lb ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp taco seasoning
1 cup salsa
3/4 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese

Steps:

Boil macaroni as directed, adding the corn with the macaroni.
Sprinkle Creole seasoning over ground beef, onion and green pepper and brown in microwave. Drain off fat then coat meat with taco seasoning and add salsa. Heat in microwave until hot.
Drain macaroni and corn and return to pan. Stir in cheese packet, 1/2 cup Mexican cheese and ground beef & salsa mixture. Serve topped with more Mexican cheese and salsa! Enjoy!
