FRESH PEACH PIE image

This is very old recipe.It is very easy to make and very delicious.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 9 (inch) - unbaked pie shell
1 cup(s) sugar
5 tablespoon(s) all purpose flour
4 - fresh peaches
1 cup(s) whipping cream

Steps:

  • Bake the pie crust for 375 F for 10 minutes.Combine sugar and flour until well blended.Put 1/3 of the flour mixture on the bottom of the crust.
  • Cut the peaches into halves, pit them, and put them side up in the pie crust.Mix the last 2/3 of flour with the cream and pour over the peaches.
  • Bake at 425 F for 10 minutes,lower oven to 350 F and bake for another hour and 15 minutes.Serve warm or cold.
