Steps:
- 1. Steam beans in a steamer basket, covered, above boiling water until crisp-tender. This will take 5-9 minutes. Remove beans and spread out on a baking sheet while preparing the Heaven Sauce,
- 2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring for about 2 minutes. Add the sesame seeds and saute, stirring, until the seeds are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. In a bowl whisk together the soy sauce, mayonnaise, sambal, sweet chili sauce, black pepper and allspice (if using) Add this mixture to the skillet and combine.
- 4. Add the beans to the skillet and toss to coat. Serve.
