Washington Cherries, are fresh in our market this week. While they are on sale... I purchased two -2 pound bags. One for eating now and 3 pounds to freeze, for later. Yes... you can freeze Cherries for snackes with the pit in and with the stem attatched. These are best eaten within a couple weeks. They are so good ...a summer time frozen snack delight! nancy...7/19/12
