Steps:
- Cut kernels off corn. Combine water and sugar and bring to a boil. Add corn, simmer 10-12 minutes.Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain on paper towels, pat dry. Combine all ingredients. Let stand 30 minutes, or cover and refrigerate 8 hours. *You can microwave the corn still in the husk, and shuck with hot mitts, the silk comes right off, or steam it on the cob, just don't over cook.
