FRENCH COCONUT PIE image

3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup flaked coconut
1 stick butter, melted
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
1 (9-inch) uncooked pie shell

Steps:

  • Mix filling ingredients well and pour into the pie shell. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Let cool and set before slicing.
