Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400F. Mix stuffing mix with 1 1/2 cups water. Divide evenly, placing stuffing in the center of 6 separate sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Layer chicken, ham, mushrooms and peas on top of the stuffing. Mix soup with the remaining 1/4 cup water. Pour over each pack. Seal packets, leaving room for the steam to expand. Place foil packs on a 15x10x1-inch baking sheet. Bake 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Place packs directly on dinner plates cutting slits in the foil to release steam before opening.
