Fluffy Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie image

This pie was super yummy!! Even someone that isn't a pumpkin pie fan may like this one. There is just a touch of pumpkin pie spice and nothing extra. It's sweet, cool, and creamy. Number Of Ingredients 6

1 graham cracker crust
1 pkg cream cheese, softened (12 oz. pkg.)
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 c 100% pure pumpkin
2 eggs

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and pumpkin pie spice on medium speed.
  • 2. Stir in pumpkin.
  • 3. Add eggs and mix until blended.
  • 4. Pour into crust.
  • 5. Bake at 350* for 40 minutes.
  • 6. Cool.
  • 7. Refrigerate for 3 hours, or overnight.
