1 (15 ounce) can peaches in light syrup
1/4 cup sugar (can use 1/2 cup sugar and omit other sweetener)
1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute (can use all Splenda and omit the sugar)
1 (3 ounce) box sugar-free peach gelatin mix
1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip Lite

Steps:

  • drain peaches, reserve the juice. Chop the peaches into large chunks.
  • combine peach juice with sugar and Splenda mixture, bring to boil.
  • Stir in the jello, mix, then stir in cream cheese.
  • Fold in whipped topping and chopped peaches.
  • Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
  • Enjoy.
