Fluffy Green Grape Salad image

This is one of my Mom's recipes she makes it for every family gathering. It's my youngest son's favorite when he's home on leave he always wants this salad. This is always a hit on the holiday's Christmas, St. patrick's Day, Easter You name it it's great. You can make this very diet friendly by using sugar free pudding and fat...

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 can(s) (8oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 pkg (3.4oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 pkg (12oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 c halved green grapes

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple and pudding mix;mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Fold in the whipped topping and grapes. Refrigerate until serving.
