Steps:
- Mis crumbs, nuts and 1 cup sugar. Beat the egg whites until frothy. Gradually beat in remaining cup of sugar, beating until whites form stiff peaks. Fold in vanilla, then fold in the cracker mixture. Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes or until no imprint remains when touched lightly with finger. Cool. To serve, fill crust with berries and top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
