FISH WITH CHERMOULA image

1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch flat leaf parsley
8 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp diced red bell pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
6 fish steaks

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Chop cilantro and parsley very fine. Put in sauce pan. Add all other ingredients and heat to hot but not boiling. Put fish in baking dish and cover with Chermoula and let stand for one hour. Bake 20 - 30 min.
