- Boil rice in salted water until almost tender.
- Drain.
- Boil carrots.
- Let cool and grate.
- Butter a 2 qt casserole.
- Combine all ingredients and pour mixture into casserole.
- Dot with butter and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
